  • If the customer has overpaid by mistake.

  • When notification is made less than 10 days prior to the event: the ticket will be deemed to have already been used and no refund or credit will be provided.

The Finnosummit website provides pricing information on the price of its events. In case of conflict between the information published on the Finnosummit website and the price charged by the box office, Finnovista Frontier Mexico SAPI de CV is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions accepted by the user in the external box office at the time of purchase and its acceptance will be the sole responsibility of the User.
