FINNOSUMMIT, the most collaborative Fintech and Insurtech event in Latin America, was held last September 10 to 13 in Mexico City. There were more than 2,700 attendees: entrepreneurs, corporate innovators, investors and other key players within the ecosystem.
In this interview, Sergio Torres (Director of Strategy & Innovation BBVA Mexico) made mention of the strategy of Open Banking Innovation and its collaboration with startups. “FINNOSUMMIT is a clear example that when we all work together on this entrepreneurial issue we can accomplish great changes for our country and through this type of initiatives with fintechs and banks we are going to permit an ever-larger number of people to be more insured, to have more savings and financing schemes that let them grow”.
